An Overview of Illinois State Baseball Coaches Association
The organization was originally formed to allow high school seniors who were left off of American Legion rosters an opportunity to play in the summer. This was sanctioned by the IHSA.
Today the association has over 600 members, and selects an All-Area team and an All-State team. .
