National Federation of State High School Associations Overview
The NFHS Coach Certification Program is a national professional credential offered to individuals who are currently coaching or aspire to coach at the interscholastic level.
Principles of Training and First Aid, Health And Wellness for Coaches provides training with material from all eight domains in the National Requirements for Sporting Activity Coaches (NASPE 2006). These programs develop the foundation from which all elective courses as well as sport-specific courses are established. Core courses must be completed first.
